Exchanges & Returns
Upmrkt does not offer exchanges or returns, except in the event of defective or mis-sold products. All sales are considered final.
Upmrkt is a digital marketing service and each purchase is a
direct transaction between buyer and seller discovered through Upmrkt. As
such, individual sellers may choose to offer exceptions to this and offer exchanges or
returns. Please contact the vendor. Any offer to accept returns or exchanges is entirely at their discretion.
Disputes & Refunds
We consider 'refund requests due to dispute' different to 'returns'.
In relation to disputes, you may raise two types of disputes to Upmrkt directly, one where the 'item is not delivered' and the seller is not responding to any of your attempts to communicate. The second type of dispute is where the 'item is significantly not as described'.
In the event of a dispute, you may pursue a report about a transaction to Upmrkt or contact your card provider to pursue any chargeback options that may be available to you from your card provider. You may not, however, pursue both options at the same time or seek double recovery in respect of the same transaction.
If you raise a dispute with Upmrkt and subsequently file a chargeback with your card provider, we will close the report.
If you have received a refund/exchange from the seller directly, you should not report that transaction with your card provider.
